We started bringing our child with special needs to Next Generation after leaving a different pediatric office. Because her care needed to be specialized for her to reach her potential, we needed to look for a different group of physicians. At our first visit, we were asked how they(the doctors) could help US. We thought that was exactly what we needed to hear to make our decision. We left feeling heard and respected. We love that they consider her special needs in every decision and medication. We love calling and getting an actual person rather than a recording. And with all of the equipment we need for her, we don't have to anything but call and make the request and they submit the rest for us. Thank you Next Generation for serving our daughter SO well!!
