We hired Bradco Kitchens & Baths for a kitchen remodeling. I know that any construction effort is going to come with some problems, and we did have some. But, how they dealt with the problems is what made the difference; they were responsive and communicative.

We were very dissatisfied with their plumber and Bradco Kitchens & Bath was aware of that. There were some repeated problems that potentially could have done a lot of damage. Fortunately, someone finger tested the pipes and they burst causing some flooding. It was identified and corrected, but if my foot had not been on the ball, they would have covered the wall with the pipes in that condition. Any earthquake would have caused a flood. The plumbers were also poor on scheduling, drastic and uncaring with the demolition. They worked as fast as possible and worked without being committed.

Everything else turned out nicely. There were some lights installed on the cabinets. The supervisor came to make sure it was installed correctly. The kitchen came out beautiful. I also give kudos to the designer for being committed and paying attention to me. I was impressed with the service. I think the owner Michael is a really good business man and takes the job personally. I know there are going to be problems in the job, but I know they work their very best to make it right.
