We use BPC Structural Pest Control to do all of our termite secondary treatments because they get in and do the job in a timely manner. We do not use them for wood repair because we have in-house repair people who handle that. They service over 200 units yearly and another 100 to 150 for resale. These are planned developments, stand-free houses, and condos.

For the sale properties, we use BPC exclusively because they are timely and they do a full inspection as opposed to other companies that will leave off fences or garages. The BPC inspectors are thorough and their reports are clear.

This is probably our 15th year with BPC Structural Pest Control. They cover a wide area for us, including Oxnard, Camarillo, Ventura, Ojai, and Santa Paula. One of the nice things that they do is, in between the regular termite and pest control inspections, they will come out on call and re-treat different areas.
