Billy C. Came to our house today to help us with a vexing problem...how to get my favorite composite granite sink into an already built new kitchen with granite countertops. Our builder did not supply us with many sink choices, and two month old house would get yet another project. Billy came up with an ingenious plan for us, after two other plumbers told us they couldn't do it, and the granite company said they wouldn't touch it either. Experience does matter, and being an experienced plumber put Billy into the position of being the genius idea guy that solved my kitchen sink dilemma. My frown was definitely turned upside down!
