I was very pleased with the technician. He was professional, clean and had his ID visible.
I had received 2 other estimates on the job both of which were at least $250 higher.
The Benjamin Franklin technician suggested the least invasive solution that either of the others would not attempt. Also, the information one other provided was false.

My floor was covered and protected. Even the tech's shirt didn't get dirty.

I am so glad I called Benjamin Franklin. The price was right and I call them again.
