We have had three different visits by Ben Franklin, and a different plumber each time. All three were outstanding in competence, timeliness and personality. Ben Franklin obviously takes great care in who they hire. When we had a drain backup, I called companies on Google search - this was the ONLY company willing to come out the same day, within a couple hours.
