When I scheduled the appointment, it was suppose to be a maintenance on the water heater. A technician was scheduled for Thursday, January 18 between the hours of 1- 5 p.m. The technician, I believe his name was Sean, arrived around 4:30 p.m. I was on a conference call. When he entered, I was going to take him down to the water heater, but he stated that he was there to do an overall review of all of the plumbing. That was not my understanding, but I said okay.

He approached me later to tell me that he had completed the check and had to fix the sink in the powder room on the first level. I said okay, thinking it was a part of the plan since he went and did it. When he was about to leave, he asked me to sign a form, which I assumed was like the last visits...confirming that he had provided maintenance to the water heater.

The next day I receive a bill in the amount of $331.00 for a clog that he worked on in the powder room. First, he told me what he had done AFTER he had performed the work. I was never given an estimate nor did I know there was a cost involved. Behavior of technician -- unprofessional AND unethical.
