I hired Ben Franklin Plumbing Wilmington because I had problem with my water heater and they were recommended. When I called, the lady on the phone was extremely nice, helpful, and informative. When the technician came out, I was running behind and not yet ready for him, but he was willing to come back an hour later. He explained everything clearly, and he replaced the circulating water pump. He was very professional and he did a good job.

If I had to spend the money, I am glad I chose people as friendly and efficient as the professionals at Ben Franklin Plumbing Wilmington. They were wonderful.
