Mr. Hardwood installed new hardwoods in part of my house, and refinished my existing hardwood elsewhere. There was a slight problem, because I specified that I wanted the glossy polyurethane finish, and afterwards I saw that I had gotten the satin finish, and I was extremely upset. But they came back and redid it, and despite the minor disruption, it was all okay. Now my floors look great, and they gave me no hassle whatsoever about their mix-up with the finish. All in all, it was fine, they made a mistake but they fixed it, and I'm happy with my floors.
