My initial contact over the phone was most pleasant, the gentleman I spoke with listened to my need for service & showed interest. Stacey who came out for the estimate was courteous & professional and was confident that they could do the job. I had a gluey mess on my bamboo floors but now my floors look great! I could not be happier with the outcome.
