The work Peter Levi do is fantastic. They always fix any issues I have. My first time there they took care of a $19,000 plumbing job in the city for me. The second time was a heating issue and the heater was located on the roof of a building in the city and it took them a bit to correct it but they were great about getting everything running again.

My issue with them is in the office. Multiple times I have asked for an invoice to be faxed to me and never got one. Also the invoiced themselves aren't detailed. They never tell you what parts were used and how much labor is in relation to the rest of the job.

The work is great but the office work is terrible.
