Upon calling Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning, I was told that they do not provide air duct cleaning in my area. They suggested I call someone from the NADCA.com database to complete this service. I setup my carpet cleaning with Stanley Steemer and proceeded to find out more info on air duct cleaning. When COIT appeared in the search, I realized they can complete both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning and upon calling them reassured me that both should be able to be scheduled on the same day. Sweet!

While I found the value of Stanley Steemer's carpet cleaning to be more affordable, the fact that I could have both services done through COIT was too good to pass up. I canceled my appointment with Stanley Steemer.

Upon estimation with COIT, Joel MacDonald was very professional. The Air Duct cleaning team, I believe was Sean and Kenny-- they came in explained their process and got to work. It was done in less than an hour. The Carpet Cleaning team came in two hours later (I believe they were Derek and Kevin)-- and did the same song and dance... got to work, did what they needed to do and moved on.

I was quite happy with the results. I feel like the carpet took a bit longer than usual to dry, but we were also in the middle of several humid days, so I'm guessing that had a large part to play in the drying process.

Regardless. I'm not sure I'll use COIT again simply due to the value that Stanley Steemer has to offer-- however, I don't have any specific reasons beyond that not to recommend them to others in the future.
