We spoke with you today regarding this system. We arrived within 24 hours and did not charge any type of fee or service charge despite the fact that you do not have a service contract with us as a courtesy to you.. You have not had the unit serviced or maintained over three years since the unit was installed. Just like your car, you need to have regular preventative maintenance on the heating and A/C systems to ensure they run efficiently. You have a limited manufacturer's warranty that requires regular maintenance on the system. You elected not to keep regular maintenance on the system. Not to mention this is an issue with your line set which we did not install. We are not forcing you to buy a service contract. You can have the maintenance done by anyone at all, however, you cannot expect the system to run flawlessly without said maintenance. Please contact us as we have tried calling you twice to discuss this.
