My friend's heater went out on coldest day of the year on a holiday weekend. Rob was the only 24 hour emergency service person to respond immediately to my call at 5:00 pm. He and his technician took the necessary time to help trouble shoot the issue before coming out for a costly service call. It turned out the part needed was not a stock item, but Joe went the extra mile to double check their warehouse stock. Although not able to fix the problem immediately, these guys were highly responsive, professional and compassionate. Will definitely consider them for future jobs. Thank you Joe and Rob.
