We were misled on some things while dealing with Eclipse Roofing & Restoration, LLC. The Sales Manager went over our options and gave me the estimate. He gave me the impression that Eclipse Roofing was going to be doing the job. It wasn't. The crew that did the work wasn't even employed by them. The work was fine, they were in and out in the same day. Afterwards, they were supposed to come out and inspect the job to make sure it was done the right way. It was like a month before they finally came. To make matters worse, the owner was sending us nasty emails about payments. He was also making threatening phone calls saying he was going to put a lien on my house and take me to court. I had worked out a payment plan with the Project Manager and had been making every payment right on time. The problem was that the owner failed to communicate with his Project Manager before threatening his customer. He was expecting a lump sum payment that he wasn't going to get. We paid him off soon after that. The Project Manager told us that we were making our payments regularly and not to worry about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner is a little anxious. Like I said before, the work they did was good. It was the inspection and the payment part that was just unacceptable.
