We bought a home in July 2021 had an inspection and was told everything looked good. Almost 2 months to the day we moved in a heavy rain commenced. After an hour we began hearing water drip from the furnace room. I looked online and found Eclipse Roofing and restoration. I called and within a week Alec a Project Manager came out and showed me pictures of the area where water was coming in it was around the roof vent for the furnace. When I say no pressure he didn't push me for replacing the roof but instead said I myself could use some black jack and patch the roof myself or he could remove the surrounding shingles and fix the problem and tie the new shingles into the old. He gave me a quote and was surprised that the estimate was far lower than I expected. I called and told him I was going to have him repair the roof. It took about 3 weeks but I was impressed with the results, the roofer that showed up was a gentleman named Kent. Not only did he fix my leak but corrected a poor job that had been done before I purchased the home at no additional cost other than the estimate. When Kent finished and was ready to leave there wasn't anything left in the yard that would even indicate I had work done, it was an exemplary job of clean up.
