Our salesman Alec, is top notch, attentive, competent and a good guy. Our installation was completed by Kermit and Kent who made our large skylights look like they came with the home. A small issue with the factory installed motor in one skylight was quickly completed with immediate assistance from a rep from Velux ( skylight manufacturer). Within a week Of completion we had 6 inches of rain- no leaks!!!!
