I Wouldnt Trust Them As Far As I Could Bowl Them
My home has an inclined roof section and flat section. When Eclipse reroofed the flat section, the wrong materials were used and I was stuck with another leak. Essentially, materials were supposed to be for a low flat roof, the workers installed for a low $@!#% roof. This is what caused the leak.
They initially tried to pursue the replacement with a warranty through the manufacturer. I didn't mind them trying to ensure warranty coverage, but the process ate up a lot of time. Meanwhile, my roof was still leaking every time it rained. It's simple customer service to handle warranty issues on the back end, not keep me in the middle with a bad roof.
Unfortunately, during this waiting period, storms knocked a tree on my home. My roof was damaged. At this point, the owner tried to use the incident as an excuse to get out of the commitment he made to replace the roof. I wasn't pleased with the way this situation was handled and I will not be using them again.
The ordeal finally came to an end when I threatened to sue the company.
The length of time for me to finally get a replacement was about 6 months. I don't recommend this service.
