We found the cleaning tech. to be very competent and understood exactly what we wanted done. He did point out a couple of chairs that could use cleaning by using the cleaner and a white cloth over a not seen part of the furniture. In both cases, they needed cleaning. We liked the newer carpet cleaning equipment as the carpet dried much faster.
