Less professional than usual

There was no call to say when the guy was arriving and he arrived earlier than the time we had said we would be available. (Apparently, his phone wasn't working.) Fortunately, we got home while he was still in the driveway and did get the rugs in. Then he had to borrow a pen so we could sign the receipt (and then kept it -- just an oversight, I'm sure, and we have plenty of pens, but still.) The rugs were well handled and thoroughly clean, as usual, but, overall, it was probably not the best COIT experience I've ever had!
