Everything went well. Marsha is great at making appointments however she did forget she had promised me a first in the morning appointment and I had to call her again to change the scheduled drop off back to the first drop off again. All the work was done well except Bill left a Dining Room rug jammed up against a piece of furniture. He did return fairly promptly and fix it. Arthur was thorough.
