I have used many carpet cleaning companies over the years. Coit's service and professionalism has outshone all of them and lead me to only call them for my carpet and furniture cleaning needs. One complaint...they need to make their minimum charge and what you can receive for it more clear. They come out to see what you need, give you a price then you can accept or decline, but at that point, you have already waited for an appointment. I was having a couch cleaned....with the 30% discount, it was still a $125 minimum charge (and a rug taken in for cleaning which was a separate charge not included in the minimum)....I know, confusing. Anyway, I said I thought that was high for just a couch and was told that they could probably clean some pillows or walk area of a room or something else in addition for that same $125....still confusing...how much is just a couch then how much is the other stuff so I can put together my own package. I ended up paying extra for two throw pillows on the couch, too. Overall, with the discount applied to everything (I did add on a walk area in a bedroom), my charge was less than I had anticipated so I was happy, but I would have been happier if I understood ahead of time how this all worked, i.e. Couch $75, Pillows, $25, Walk area $75, Take away rug $45....less 30% on the whole thing with a minimum of $125 for their visit (not including the take away rug). I still love them and will use them, but I hate their pricing system....too confusing. Side note....my take away rug came back beautifully cleaned....had 3 calls confirming delivery time and date.
