Mr. Electric answered the phone on the first call, and scheduled a technician to come out the next day. That was awesome.
I appreciated the combination of personal service and technology. A real (and kind!) person answered the phone, listened to what I needed a scheduled a technician. Then, she sent a photo of the tech when he was on his way so that I knew who to expect.
The technician was friendly and a good diagnostician. He made a efficient repair, cleaned up, and was on his way. My home electricity was working again! It was great.
