I can't say enough good things about this particular Mr. Electric. I needed some lights installed on short notice. I started calling around on a Sunday, expecting to leave a lot of messages. I probably left 10-12 or so with different companies, knowing it was only a week before Christmas and hoping someone somewhere would have availability. The nicest office manager (Christine?) at Mr. Electric was not only the ONLY company that called me back, but she called me back that same day and had a technician out within a few days. Enter part two of my glowing review. Andre was DELIGHTFUL. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, years of experience, and so, so friendly. He installed my lights with expertise and great care. He was also super personable with my kids and pets which was so nice. Two of my lights required a second technician due to ceiling height/location and on seperate occasions Andre came out with Adam to install those. They went above and beyond!! There was residual dust high on one of my walls from some previous interior work that I couldn't reach to vacuum. Adam noticed it and asked me to get my vacuum so he could take care of it for me while he was up there. Seriously?! I was so grateful. I'd NEVER expect that kind of assistance. On the last install, Adam also was so kind again and changed out our entry incandescent bulbs with new LED bulbs, meaning another trip up the ladder to an intricate chandelier in an awkward space. If you get either Andre or Adam called out to your house, they will do a fantastic job. The communication from the office was also top notch. Amazing work. I would recommend them to anyone.
