We wanted to be proactive, so we hired Falcone Plumbing & Heating to do preventative maintenance work on our existing system. We had them put a tray under the water heater and they installed magnets to keep the calcium out. They are very thorough and educational. The service technician took the time to explain what he was doing, and he taught me how to maintain the water heater myself. He knew what he talking about. Everything looks good.
