Not only my worst moving experience but one of my worst customer experiences. I don't understand all the five star reviews. I would never hire I-Go Van again. First, they promised to move our piano. When the movers arrived, they claimed the piano move was not in our contract. I reached out to the owners, the Nogg family, for help, and they suggested that I hire another mover. Wow! They packed tiny objects in crumpled paper. I had to go through each and every scrap of paper to avoid throwing away small objects. Who packs like that? They so poorly packed an art sculpture that it was crushed to rubble during the move. They could have reimbursed us, but chose not to (not in the contract). We just learned (seven months later!) that three of our boxes were unloaded at another address. I suspect they will want to charge us for delivery. I could have accepted some of this, had the Nogg Family apologized or, better yet, offered to refund our money for such a horrible experience, but they instead offered excuses. I cannot stress strongly enough that you look elsewhere. There was very little that was professional about our move experience.
