Overall, I felt that the ease of doing business wasn't there. It was stressful. I had to follow-up a ton and in the end even though I confirmed everything, we still had issues at the border. Communication was very poor. It was unprofessional from an administrative stand point. The actual packers and movers were great! Office needs some big time improvements. Major.
