I had a small apartment move from Omaha to Austin. I was changing jobs and I-Go was the company my former employer used. In speaking with Jeff, his firm moved a few of the people who worked for me. Jeff was very responsive and was in constant communication with me.
The packing and loading went very well. Once the goods were on the road, timing communication became more difficult. The issues were with the driver and the company in Austin he worked for. They had told me the driver thought it would be Thursday or Friday so I rearranged meetings to be available. The truck was not available on these days but Jeff made sure they were able to deliver of the weekend because I could not change my schedule again.
The truck arrived Sunday evening. The late arrival was not the fault of the driver but the person on the prior delivery. The men unloading the truck were very nice and professional. There was some minor damage. Ive never had a move where something didnt get damaged. I filled out the claim, Jeff called me the next day and we settled on a price. I had the check within a week.
I was very impressed with Jeff and would recommend I-Go to anyone needing to move.
