Initially I was very impressed. When they came to the door the movers were all very friendly and introduced themselves and started putting down cardboard on the floor in the entrance and also put plastic down on the carpet both up and down the stairs (it was raining out) they then asked me to give them a run through of the whole house and explain exactly what was being moved. The only thing I noticed that I didn't like was that they never really paid any attention to what was written on the boxes (regarding handle with care/breakable) they were pretty rough with the boxes and when putting them on the dollies they didn't always keep the boxes right side up. (sometimes they would put them on their side)
