Monovitz move Fremont to Omaha
My sister and I were not in the best mood when the I-Go Van movers arrived to move our parents to an Assisted Living Center in Omaha. We were tired and anxious and concerned if all the items would fit and sad to think it was time for our parents to give up living in their own home.
Once we opened the door to the movers, our mood changed from tired and anxious to excited about the moving experience. Your driver Steve and his crew Larry and Wayne brightened our day. They went through the house to see what was moving. They organized the boxes from the different rooms. The smartest thing they did was ask my parents, sister and me to sit in the kitchen together, in case they had any questions. We found out later, that kept us out of the way. Before we knew it they asked us to see if they got everything we wanted to move, sign the paperwork and we were off to my parents new home.
At the Assisted Living Center, they looked around to see where everything would go. The guys were like interior decorators, they made sure all the furniture was in place the way we wanted it. My folks were in the lobby while the furniture was delivered. Your guys waited while we brought in my folks and where there when we opened to door to welcome them to their new home. At that moment they were family.
My sister and I feel good that we picked a wonderful place for our folks to live and that we picked I-Go Van to be our movers. We knew your name because we have lived in the area all our lives, but have never used a professional mover before.
Please give our thanks to our new family members, Steve, Larry and Wayne.
