We were provided with a written estimate to move our belongings as part of an email message. In that message, in the last paragraph there were "possible" charges if needed. We were asked to electronically sign the estimate entering us in an agreement with the moving company. After all of our belongings were packed and take to storage a bill was sent for the "possible" charges referenced in the email. The charges were more than double the amount referenced in the email. The company was unwilling to reduce the charges. Expect hidden fees with this company.
