All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

We were all under a deadline for this move but this was all known ahead of time. The packing days came with two movers who arrived on time. The loading day all three of them arrived later than I was told, including one who started 30 minutes later than the others. Normally this would not be a problem but this delayed my ability to clean the house and get to the airport (I had 3 minutes to spare).

A few things were damaged in the move before leaving the origin house, and no one told/showed me (I know about it because I was there when it happened...when you drop a treadmill it shakes the house).

Move-in day went really well. Everyone was on time and we had lots of good questions about where to place the boxes and furniture. We had a few suprises such as garden tools in the master bedroom but everything was easily moved.

It seemed like I was hounded with phone calls and e-mails during the process, but I suppose too much communication is better than none at all.
