We use Minus Forty Technologies for equipment and they make the warranty process super easy. We've worked with them for as long at least as long as I've been her, since 2009 and our contact, Mike, does a lot for us. They respond to a problem very quickly and are always on top of their game. If there's ever an issue, they're all over it. They also take care of the bulk of the logistics for getting things fixed. Purchasing and maintenance is pretty pain-free and they don't make us jump through hoops to get what we need.
