The men who loaded up my things in Chula Vista were great. But when it was delivered to me in Kent, WA my headboard was missing. The delivery driver had two other loads on his truck. He asked me if some items were mine and they were not. He had the loads mixed up. They said they investigated the incident to try and find my headboard but couldn't fine it. They think by paying me $45 I should be satisfied.
