I've had no problems with Imperial Pools. I called them because my pool pump burned out due to being overworked. Turns out the last repair guy put in a pump that was too big. This is the education I received from Imperial Pools along with a bunch of other helpful tips and best practices for general pool care.

The last guy that installed my old pump was just a guy that fixed pools on the side. Never Again! A friend of mine referred me, now I have Imperial Pools on speed dial.

I have an in-ground 18 x 36 pool and the guy from Imperial Pools came out, assessed the problem, told me what part he needed to get and came back the next day, just as he said. I have nothing to complain about with Imperial Pools. Highly recommend!
