After several frustrations with another local company, my boss recommended Imperial. When I called they were on their way out-of-town, but came by my house on their way. They solved what I thought was going to be an expensive fix in about five minutes, by removing a plug that the other company had left in. Then they gave me some instructions about basic pool maintenance (I'm new to pool ownership). A great crew, and I'll call again whenever I need help!
