Due to the season I needed to close the pool so, I contacted Imperial Pools Inc. I was told that I needed a new motor and cover to close the pool. The cost Imperial Pools Inc. wanted to charge me was very expensive and was the wrong recommendation - I just needed a fix and short wiring not a new motor. The technician was not professional or skilled to do the job, he half way closed my pool - I am very dissatisfied and upset about it. I had to seek out another company to complete the work that Imperial Pools Inc. did not finish. If you go with this company be sure to get everything in writing first.
