I hired Imperial Pools Inc. to come out and re-caulk all the jets on our pool. They quoted me one price, but sent the statement and the price was double. They charged me $500 and I had to pay in advance, but they never finished the job. I've called and left messages and also emailed them, but they refuse to respond to my messages or emails. Also, the heat went out when they left, and I don't know if that was related to the work they did, but since they won't call me back, I can't ask them.

As it stands now, my heat is not working and my jets are still not finished. I would not recommend Imperial Pools Inc., and I would never use them again.
