Imperial Pools installed an in-ground pool for us. The project went OK. There were a few delays along the way, but overall the pool has functioned very well and we're happy with it. I only priced out one other group their proposal was a little bit different than what we were looking at, so I don't really have a direct price comparison, but from what I've heard from others the pricing was good. The owner is very knowledgeable about his business. He definitely knows what he was doing. Sometimes he has a bit of a hard time conveying the more technical stuff to the customer in an understandable way, but he clearly has a lot of knowledge.
