They have fixed my defective salwater system, installed a new vinyl liner, fixed and reinstalled an automatic pool cover, repaired pumps and heaters, They have come out =after sunset to fulfill a service delivery promise, donned scuba gear to discover what would have been an impossible to discover source of a water leak, and given me complete and helpful explanations of the causes of problems and advice on how to manage the pool that make me a better pool operator. I now use Imperial Pools for my routine opening and closings as well. They may not be the least expensive pool service provides but for the quality of their performance Imperial Pools is a bargain! I have recommended them to every pool owner I know.
