From beginning to end they have quality, hard working, personable & professional people in sales, office and paint crews. During the paint job any issues or reasonable requests we had where addressed and completed. I appreciated the daily communication and feedback with the onsite paint crew, so I knew what was going on work wise daily. A week after completion we scheduled a touch up on items with the office, the crew came out and completed. Unfortunately, Sherwin-Williams, no fault of AZ Painting, supplied crew with right color paint but wrong base. Of course when drying it didn't match, and the crew stopped work and communicated this to me which I appreciated. I called the office Thur. and scheduled a time for the foreman to come on site Mon. His crew had already communicated to him that there was an issue when I called. He came out to measure areas to repaint to make sure crew had enough on hand, doublecheck correct paint color, base etc., said he would order the paint and schedule a crew. The office followed up to schedule date and the crew came out and repainted 2 complete side walls of my house which was what was needed to make it right. I thanked the on site crew, and their answer to me was "we understand, it's your house and we want you to be happy." Tough to find nowadays. So, I give them 5 stars across the board.
