We are disappointed with the lack of attention paid to clean up once the house was finished. Lots of masking tape in bushes and the yard is irritating but not horrible. What is horrible are the black stains they left on our cool decking. I took a scrub brush and was able to get some of it out but it's still very visible. We will use a power hose in hopes of getting rid of it all. And if it weren't for the bad clean-up job I wouldn't be mentioning this at all but we thought they would push the rocks back towards the house once finished. Maybe our expectations were too high but. this is the 3rd job AZ Painting has done for us and we had no issues with the other two jobs. Lastly, and this is just a suggestion you might want to communicate to your crews. They need to realize many of us are working from home now. While I'm on a conference call is probably not the best time to stand at my open front door talking loudly as if nobody was even home!
