Just had our house painted not too long ago by Arizona Paint Company. The start was a bit rocky. Painters showed up late, tried to make up time on job site by skipping hoops, and once apprehended about it decided not to go back and fix it. My husband called the supervisor and dismissed the crew for non compliance (he had asked them to power wash the house correctly). The second crew showed up the next day. Jose Garcia and Fernando were very easy to work with and their work is top notch.

Would I use this company again: probably not. My husband dropped off the last payment check at the office and wasn’t even treated by receptionist. He said she was on the phone and ignored him completely. Then when receptionist did finally acknowledge him she told my husband he should’ve just mailed it in, and called someone else to help him..

This company is advertised to be the best. Out of 4 quotes, they were the most expensive. Supervisor told my husband he’d check back in and never did at the end of the job, Initial crew was rude and didn’t comply with home owner’s simple request, and receptionist sealed the deal for reasons why we would not use this company again.

I’d like to add that second crew of painters (mentioned above) were great and they alone deserve all the recognition for how good our house looks. Overall paint job is great!
