We had our house painted exactly one year ago, when it was done I did wonder about the seam in the sealing not looking right. There was a distinct ridge and darker in color. I did ask about it, the painter at the time said it would be good when it was all dry.
Now one year later it was a distinct problem, so I called Arizona Painting, they did send someone out to assess the situation and Victor, the rep, said no that is not right. He did repair the ceiling and did an excellent job, it also took him into a second day which means that would have been an expense to company. This work was all covered under warranty so no expense to us personally.
I would recommend Arizona Painting, they did stand by their work.
