Estimated time for job was 3 to 4 days. This was done in 1 1/2 days. If they had used the estimated days it would have been done much better. Juan and his helper did a very sloppy job. Production manager had them come back out to fix what was wrong and I was told by Juan
to check it over 4 times if I had to because he did not want to come back out here! What is that? Spoke to estimator and sent him pictures and he had production manager send two different people out here. Basically the only way to fix the future problems I will be having. Would be to redo most of this job. The biggest problem
is after it was power washed instead of brushing off the debris that was left on the wall or scraping it off they put sealant in some places and then painted over any debris that remained on the house because they were in such a big hurry to get done. Therefore my house is peeling.
It would have been nice if my house had been treated as if it belonged to the owner of Arizona Painting Company. Bad work ethics on the painters part. He was on the phone consistently
