I wanted my whole house painted, needed the tops of parapet walls "sealed", wanted all the pink to be painted terracotta, but I want to keep the blue :0) Eric, the estimator, willing made modification to the details of my original proposal, as I thought of other details. Luis and his Glendale paint team did a great job! Horizontal surfaces of parapets were coated with elastomeric roof coating and painted. The blue pops, the terracotta trim is beautiful, and beach house body shines...I had the whole house done in satin :0)
