Painting looks good, but will not recommend (with the exception of Victor) or hire again. Have a strong feeling we'll be calling in for the 5 year warranty for the exterior.

The final product looks great, but we won't hire them again. What the salesman sold us and what the painters do (or don't do) differ. I wouldn't call this a true 'bait & switch' because I don't think either side knows what's actually happening!
Issues:
1. both teams were supposed to start Monday, Dec. 17. I took 1/2 day off of work to get them started. At 11am on Monday I call to find out why they haven't shown up yet and am told that the Interior won't be starting until Tuesday/Exterior moved to Wednesday and an email (6:30pm Sunday) had been sent. At that time I didn't receive emails on my phone and had already followed their requirement to "Disconnect wiring from computers". So I never got the email.
2. Exterior terms include: "Scrape and seal the entire foundation with DRY-LOK waterproofing." The painters weren't planning on doing this and we had to argue that we paid for it and it needed to be done. We did pay for the 5 year warranty, and have a feeling we may be calling it in! There's also garbage on our patio roof, that we can see out our window everyday, that we'll have to get a ladder out to get cleaned up.
3. Interior: Although I would recommend Victor for interior work (he really seemed to enjoy his work and was attentive to detail), again, I don't think the workers know what is being sold. We paid for "2 FULL COATS will be applied by brush and roller on the walls, first coat will be allowed to dry prior to applying second coat." It was all sprayed, we never saw any rollers (we even asked the painters about rolling and were told 'we don't roll') and were left with almost 10 gallons of the main color paint.
