I initially approached the Arizona Painting Company because they were endorsed by KTAR. That didn't stop me from seeking out others as well and interviewed 2 other companies in person and 2 more by phone; they couldn't get to my house to inspect it and give me an estimate in the time allotted.

I found that there certainly were other companies that offered a lower price but they didn't offer the warranty nor did they give me the "warm and fuzzy" feeling of assurance I got from Travis (APC rep).

In the end, the painting crew (Luis, Jose and one other whose name I forget - SORRY!) did a phenomenal job. They took the tiime to do a top-notch job of masking and prepping the house to be painting and had it not been for 2 days of rain, the job would likely have been completed sooner than they estimated.

I've had 3 neighbors comment to me about how good my house looks now: "It POPS!". One is planning to contact APC and have them look at painting his house as well.
