I had both the outside and the inside of my house painted spread over multiple phases. AZ Paint was very accommodating to my schedule and the Front Office support (Melissa Hollenbeck) is absolutely fantastic. She followed up timely and helped to manage the various phases and schedule changes.
My first interior phase had issues with respect to the quality of the work. The multiple repaints pushed out the total time to complete the entire interior paint job.
Keith Bain (overall supervisor) was very customer oriented. He addressed all my concerns with the first interior phase and worked to make sure that we had the right crew on-site to complete the remaining phases for the interior.
AZ Paint/Keith corrected the issues observed on the first phase by changing painters. The new painter (Jerry Perrone) was perfect. Jerry ended up completing all phases of my interior paint job. He was detailed oriented; took pride in his work and was a pleasure to work with. You can tell what a difference it makes when you have someone on-site who knows what they are doing - the interior looks spectacular. For any future repaints, I would ask for Jerry.
I am still waiting to reschedule the touch-up for my exterior where I am seeing filled cracks resurface within the first 4months of the initial paint. AZ Paint has assured me that this will be rescheduled in the near future.
