Without any hesitations, I am writing this review about the experience we have had with this company. We are completely satisfied.
The workmanship is what I was expecting because my standards are high. The group is a full service painting company from my experiences in dealing with their personnel.
The work crew was there to ensure that I was satisfied and when I brought up a few items, there was no negativity, just a response that things will be taken care of to my satisfaction and of course the items were responded to.
This company is patient, courteous and professional with their work ethics.
The office staff, estimator and work crew showed a high level of responsiveness and respect to our needs and desired output.
We would recommend Arizona Painting Company without any reservation because the company is not like those we have experienced in the past (i.e. get in, do an “average job” and asked to be paid). This company scored high in our immediate needs and in their workmanship and quality of work.
Irene in scheduling has always been prompt with her calls and continued follow-up to our most recent property completion as well as a pending job with the Arizona Painting Company.
Mike Mendoza’s estimates were detailed and with excellent price points. We liked Mike. Always trying to work his magic.
Juan Santana and his assistant were very through and complete with their work and each paid attention to the detail that I expected. Juan met those expectations and resided in customer satisfaction (his motto).
If the company were to take a lesson from a paying customer – my advice would be to take care of your employees as they are your best asset. The folks I dealt with were excellent and represent the company well and positively.
